All schedule change requests must be completed through the use of this form by a parent/guardian. Please note that filling out this mach form does not guarantee that a schedule change will be granted. Our scheduling team worked diligently to ensure every student had at least one (1) of their first choice options. This means that if your child did not receive one (1) or more of their first choice elective options, it was due to one or more of the the following reasons: (1) Elective was not offered during the period student had elective options. (2) The elective was full per class size. (3) Student already took the elective requested. (4) Student did not complete a prerequisite for the elective requested. (5) Student did not have a PE waiver signed. (6) Student requires recovery or intensive reading. We will ONLY be entertaining schedule change requests for the following reasons: (1) Student has a class on their schedule that they have already taken. (2) Student is scheduled into a class that has a prerequisite that has not been completed. (3) Student has less than 6 classes. (4) Student has a duplicate class on their schedule. (5) Student has two lunches. (6) Student is missing a core course (Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts). If your request is approved, your child will receive a new schedule once the change has been made in myStudent. Please do not send multiple requests for the same change. We review requests in the order in which they are received. Please include ALL of the information on this one request form.
